​The following conditions are both for ticket sales and attendance at the event:

1. Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting the event (“Big Sing Australia”) and subject to the conditions applicable to the event and the venue where the event is being held (The Space Dance and Arts Centre, Prahran).

2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

3. Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available (except as per condition 4).

4. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (excluding booking fees) will be issued to the ticket holder.

5. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

6. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.

7. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission.

8. Ticket holders must report to the registration desk on arrival and wear the wrist band provided. Wrist bands are non-transferable and invalid if tampered with or broken. 

9. Ticket holders with a wrist band may leave the venue and return at any time throughout the day without the requirement to re-register.

10. A ticket grants one attendee the right of entry into the venue and access to attend any workshop offered throughout the day

11. Late arrival at a particular session may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the session, and admission is at the discretion of an Event organiser or volunteer.

12. The Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program if required, including the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute Facilitators and vary advertised session times or locations within the venue.

13. Children under the age of 15 years are not recommended to attend the event

14. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be used by during session times except where expressly authorised from the session facilitator and participants.

15. The Event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.  

16. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk and must adhere to all house rules of the venue.

17. The Event organiser is not responsible for injuries or loss within the venue.

18. Event organisers and staff are unable to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items. For security reasons, please do not leave personal items unattended.

19. Security officials for the Event have the right to search personal property of ticket holders for safety reasons; refusal may result in entry being refused without refund.

20. Event organisers and staff including security officials have the right to require any person to vacate the venue immediately without further notice. Any person who behaves in an inappropriate, offensive or illegal manner will be asked to leave the premises, and shall not be entitled to a ticket refund.

21. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.

22. Special requests must be communicated via email (bigsingfestival@gmail.com) with at least 48 hours notice otherwise there is no guarantee requests can be accommodated. Event organisers have the right to reject requests made on the day of the event if it will compromise the comfort of other patrons and the smooth running of the event.

23. The views and opinions expressed by the presenters during this event are those of the presenters only and do not necessarily represent or reflect the views or opinions of the Event organisers, and should not be attributed to Big Sing Australia.

24. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com including its Privacy Policy. As the Event organiser hosting this event, Big Sing Australia is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets.
